LIQUOR STORE FINDS WHIPPED CREAM AND BREAKFAST BOOZE

 

I WAS SHOPPING FOR SPECIAL LIQUORS FOR A JOB AND CAME UPON THESE ITEMS... OK I GET THE WHIPPED LIGHTING BUT DONUT FLAVORED LIQUOR??? WELL IT HAS TO BE BETTER FOR YOU THAN A FRIED DONUT RIGHT???

WELL THERE MIGHT NOT BE WORDS

it has been a long winter in NYC and spring has been very cold and slow coming ....... most weeks after I leave CBS.... I stop and get a beverage at the corner deli for the ride home ... and just so you know it is 10 am in the morning ... but the other morning it was cold I was wearing a coat and scarf....... and this man in his bathrobe and flip flops sporting  a lovely BEDHEAD hairdo was getting coffee and breakfast for 2 ...  not sure what he had on other than the robe  ( come on you didn't have a pair of sweat pants laying somewhere on the floor) ... I had to take this pic on the down low because the 3 other people and myself in line were about to burst out laughing  and in fact we did as soon as he left..... OMG that is TMI  sometimes it is true ...only in NYC
 

Wonder Bread and NASCAR on the FOX plaza

Kurt Busch and Wonder bread on the plaza last fall...  a roll out in New York city to bring Wonder back on the market... it was quite a large set with balloon, race car , Kurt Busch, food, and my right hand woman laughing at me as the sun came up over our set... and yes ...in just a short time this went from a sidewalk to a Wonder Bread fiesta .....and just as quickly as it went up..... it disappeared.... and the commuters got off the subway none the wiser ... TV magic  .... and as anyone who knows me... I do not like to get caught on camera that early in the morning ( when you get up at 4 am you are not always a fashionable as you should be ) but if you check the Wonder Bread facebook page I got caught in the background and they have posted more pics from that week

I will be posting again and I will post new projects and old ones hope they are interesting and I will try to turn over a new leaf

i was stuck in traffic on the FDR and  i had a visitor ....... i think he was looking for a snack.... he hung out with me for a few minutes doing the seagull dance and bobbing his head at me ....and when he realize i had nothing for him he gave up and moved to the car behind me ... just made me laugh
 

FOOD STYLIST DISCLAIMER

i am not a photographer ... i do not know how to determine exposure... i feel exposed some days but that is all together different...... i do not know how to "LIGHT" ... lighting to me is flipping the switch on the wall..... i am a FOOD STYLIST and i only post photos for reference and so you can peek into the mind that is mine.....i was cleaning up my photos and noticed i tend to take pictures by mistake all the time ... and some of them seemed a little artful so i thought i would share... but remember my photo skills are questionable at best and it appears that i like shoes

 

 

FROZEN GRILLED CHEESE ????

 

on the rare occasion that i am in the grocery for myself and i am not "dragging my wagon" so to speak... i take time to look for new products, just to see what is out there .... and i have no words... but i had to share..... i  am just not sure if the producer of the frozen grilled cheese sandwich is a genius or if it says to the world .....we are too stupid or lazy to even make a grilled cheese sandwich.......and because it is American cheese does that mean there will be a product extension to other cheeses  ??? ....... OK that was harsh...  i will keep my eyes on this one and see if it is as successful as the frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwich.....but i have to say..... the food styling and the packaging looks good .....it caught my eye
